Ofsted Report
In September 2005, Moorside Primary School was one of the first schools in the country to have the 'short notice' inspections. We welcomed the visiting team who concluded that Moorside 'is a good school.' They said, 'Standards in the most recent national tests for pupils in Year 6 indicate that they are well above average. This means that pupils make good progress during their time at school.' We were pleased when they commented that, 'Pupils enjoy all the school has to offer because members of staff are particularly good at helping them feel secure and valued.'
